4.2 Points → PNT Conversion
After PNT is listed on exchanges, points can be converted to PNT at a 1:1 ratio:
- 1 Point = 1 PNT
- Conversion opens upon exchange listing
- Points accumulated before listing are fully convertible

Users can view their points balance and transaction history in the Member Center on the PiNeng platform.
5. Smart Contract Architecture
5.1 Pi Network Smart Contract
The initial smart contract will be deployed on the Pi Network blockchain, implementing:
- Token Contract (PNT-PI): ERC-20 compatible token with minting, transfer, and balance functions
- Lock-up Contract: Enforces the 10% annual release schedule for all four allocation buckets
- Points Conversion Contract: Handles the 1:1 conversion of platform points to PNT tokens
- Charity Contract: Ensures all charity allocation funds are distributed only to verified public welfare organizations
